Business and Data Analyst - Deadline 30/06/25

Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks: 

•     Over 15 years of relevant professional experience required in complex IT environments. 

•     Experience as business, processes and data integration or application analyst of complex ecosystems for large organisations, including the management of stakeholders geographically distributed is required.

•     Expertise in being a part of a team delivering fast-paced, large-scale and cross-functional technology projects is a must.

•     ITIL (v3 or ITIL 4) certification is a must.

•     Good understanding and experience in DevSecOps methodology is a must.

•     Good understanding and certification in an application lifecycle management (ALM) is a must.

•     Knowledge of the BPM, UML, EU Customs Data Model (EUCDM) and/or WCO Data model is an asset.

•     Possession of a recognised certificate in data or process modelling is an asset.

•     IT security knowledge or certifications are an asset (ISO 27000 series, ISC² certifications)

•     Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of French is an asset. 

•     Service-mindedness and autonomy required, as well as interpersonal skills, including working in a multicultural environment or public administration, and ability to report on complex technical issues.

•     Proven ability to identify gaps in data flows, service delivery, governance, and cross-team coordination paired with practical knowledge to recommend and implement process improvements is a must.

•     Analytical skills and capability to analyse problems in detail.

•     Ability to present results in a structured and consistent manner.

Following specific expertise is deemed necessary for the performance of tasks:

•     Any specific tools (supporting processes, service and data analysis), ARIS, TEMPO project management methodology, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Tivoli, JIRA, Confluence, JASSPR).

•     Knowledge of technologies like Oracle Fusion Middleware is an asset.

•     Familiarity with systems like CCN, TARIC, VIES on the Web, TEDB is an asset.

•     Familiarity with AS4 message exchange paradigm is an asset.

•     Experience with SAP BO platform for data reporting, visualization, and sharing is an asset.

•     Experience with continuous service improvement aspects for IT processes is an asset.

•     Experience with service management tools (preferably SMT or ServiceNow) used for change, incident, and problem management workflows is a must.

•     Experience in in a public administration, preferably Customs and/or Taxation domain is an asset.
