Duties

  • Manage and deliver business services projects and programs within scope, time, and budget

  • Lead alignment and collaboration across NATO entities (e.g., HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal)

  • Conduct stakeholder management and ensure effective communication across the enterprise

  • Develop and maintain project documentation and artefacts

  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues

  • Lead and operationalize the Business Services Transformation Office

  • Act as main point of contact for business transformation within CDT

  • Define objectives, resources, and ways of working for the transformation office

  • Provide expert advisory (SME) support on business services, ERP implementations, and transformation initiatives

  • Support decision-making with best practices and industry knowledge

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, especially in business services (HR, Finance, Procurement) and large ERP programs

  • Proven program and project management experience

  • Experience delivering ERP and business services projects in large international organizations

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior executives

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), including ability to present complex topics clearly

Desirable:

  • Experience working within NATO or knowledge of NATO policies

  • Familiarity with business services and ERP market solutions

  • Experience with cloud platforms (commercial or on-premise)

  • Ability to work in complex multinational environments (e.g., military/NATO context)

  • Knowledge of frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, and ITIL
