We are seeking a Communication Expert with extensive experience in strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and content creation, complemented by a strong background in product management and coordination. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital communication channels, crisis communication planning, and storytelling techniques. They should demonstrate proficiency in managing communication strategies that support product development and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and audience needs.

•     Define Communication Plan and Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans that align with project objectives, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all channels.

•     Content Creation and Documentation: Produce high-quality content and documentation that effectively communicates complex technical information to diverse audiences, utilizing best practices in content creation.

•     Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

•     Digital Communication Channels and Platforms: Leverage various digital communication channels and platforms to disseminate information effectively, tailoring messages to suit different audiences and mediums.

•     Presentation Skills and Public Speaking: Deliver presentations and public speeches to effectively communicate project updates, strategies, and outcomes to various audiences.

•     Program Management Coordination: Collaborate with program teams to ensure communication strategies support program development and delivery, aligning messaging with product goals and timelines.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION : Bachelor or Master Degree

•     Confidence and proficiency in delivering presentations and public speeches, effectively conveying messages to various audiences.

•     Experience in coordinating with product management teams to align communication efforts with product development and delivery.

•     Understanding of open communication practices within IT projects, promoting transparency and collaboration.

Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:

•     A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in communication roles, with a focus on strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and content creation.

•     At least 3 years of experience in product management or coordination, with a proven track record of aligning communication strategies with product objectives.

•     Relevant certifications in communication, public relations, or product management are highly desirable.

•     Demonstrated experience in managing communication efforts within complex projects that require high agility, innovation, and adaptability to change.
