Job description
Developing and maintaining enterprise architecture blueprints, covering business processes, information flows, applications, and technology infrastructure using the ARIS (Architecture of Integrated Information Systems) software;
Creating and documenting key architecture deliverables, including: o Architectural Decision Records (ADR) – Capturing key technology choices, rationale, and trade-offs;
o Solution Architecture Documents (SAD) – Providing detailed solution designs, system interactions, and implementation guidelines;
Defining and maintaining a long-term architecture vision, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and sustainability of IT systems;
Aligning architecture with business strategy, enabling digital transformation, cloud adoption, and modernization initiatives;
Ensuring consistency and integration across enterprise systems through standardized patterns, reusable components, and API-driven architectures.
Design business processes for different HR domains (pre-selection, recruitment, talent management, (on/off)boarding, service desk, using the ServiceNow platform and external systems of records
Design identity management processes for the (on/off)boarding of natural identities within the organization;
Ability to clearly explain and communicate business processes to business stakeholders, ensuring understanding and alignment between technical models and operational practices.
Establishing architecture standards to guide technology selection, system design, and integration patterns;
Defining governance frameworks to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, security policies, and industry best practices;
Driving compliance and standardization by implementing architectural review processes and ensuring adherence to approved methodologies.
LEVEL OF EDUCATION: Master Degree
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Core EA Domains:
• Enterprise Architecture Documentation: proficiency and experience in documenting architecture solution, preferably in tools like ARIS (Architecture of Integrated Information Systems);
• Enterprise Architecture Framework: proficiency in popular enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, ArchiMate or others;
• Application Architecture: understanding of application portfolios, integration patterns, and application lifecycle management;
• Data Architecture: knowledge of data models, data flows, information governance, and data quality management;
• Technology Architecture: familiarity with infrastructure, platforms, cloud services, and technology standards;
• Security Architecture: awareness of security frameworks, identity management, and compliance requirements.
Methodologies and Practices:
• Skills in developing and maintaining architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy;
• Ability to conduct gap analyses between current-state and target-state architectures;
• Knowledge of solution architecture principles to guide project delivery within the EA context;
• Experience with portfolio and capability-based planning.
Soft and Analytical Skills:
• Strong ability to communicate architectural concepts to both technical and business stakeholders;
• Competence in stakeholder management and facilitation across business and IT domains;
• Analytical skills to assess impacts of technology choices on business outcomes and costs;
• Capacity to act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring alignment across domains.
The candidate must demonstrate knowledge and practical understanding of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on the following platform applications / components:
• ServiceNow HR Service Delivery component, including experience with:
o HR Case Management; o HR Agent Workspace; o Employee Service Center.
• ServiceNow App Engine for building custom application
• ServiceNow Talent Acquisition (TA)
• ServiceNow Talent Development (TD)
The candidate must demonstrate knowledge and practical understanding of core Human Resources (HR) processes, including but not limited to:
• Recruitment and Selection – Understanding of requisition creation, candidate screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer management workflows.
• Onboarding – Ability to describe and support processes related to employee induction, provisioning of tools and access, orientation activities, and compliance documentation.
• Talent Management – Familiarity with performance management cycles, succession planning, learning and development programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Career and Talent Development – Awareness of growth planning, career pathing, skill assessments, and alignment of employee aspirations with organizational goals.
• Employee Lifecycle Management – End-to-end knowledge of the employee journey from hire to exit, including transfers, promotions, offboarding, and alumni processes.
CERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS:
