Job description

DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS:

•        Analysis, definition and development of test plans and test cases for all AV Digital Services Information Systems (IS)

•        Development of test scenarios and scripts

•        Coordination and guidance of testing teams and user groups

•        Implement and execute of software testing (manual and automatic) 

•        Test coordination follow up, evaluation and reporting

•        Provide test scenarios on usability testing

 

LEVEL OF EDUCATION : Bachelor or Master Degree

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks: 

Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.

Capability to write clear and structured technical documents.

Expertise in gathering and analysing requirements for accurate test scenario development.

Ability to create clear, testable User Stories and detailed Use Cases.

Skilled in developing test cases and plans based on user stories, use cases, and diagrams.

Proficient in creating UML diagrams to represent user flows.

Working experience in manual E2E tests and API tests

Good reporting methods

Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies, aligning testing with iterative development

Good knowledge of JIRA environment, MS Teams 

Ability to apply high quality standards

Ability to give business and technical presentations

Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in AV Services IS

Ability and willing to learn and apply automated testing

Experience with Unit, Integration and Performance testing would be considered an asset

Knowledge of Test Management tool(s) would be considered an asset

Knowledge of DevOps processes would be considered an asset

 

Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:

•      at least 5 years of specific expertise in Manual Testing

•      at least 3 years of Software Development

•      Working knowledge of JIRA environment would be considered an asset

•      Working knowledge of Cypress would be considered an asset
