Job description

Determine and document the project’s goals, deliverables, tasks, costs, and deadlines;

Assist in the creation of and adjustments to a detailed project plan outlining the scope, timeline, resources, quality and milestones;

Identify and follow up on the management of project dependencies and critical path;

Maintain stakeholder engagement and communication;

Coordinate project events like workshops, trainings, and project board meetings;

Assist coordination, recording and ensuring of quality compliance, and periodic evaluation of project risks;

Support in the development of and implementation of mitigation strategies to minimize their impact;

Circulate and distribute information from the project owner;

Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and compliance;

Support project change management;

Support the project officer and team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks;

Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders;

Ensure the project helps to support the organisation’s wider goals, and complies to all the project governance criteria;

SKILLS AND TECHNOLOGIES:

  • Project coordination and training procedures, preferably involving a recognised methodology;

  • Project management of digital/ICT-related projects

  • Advanced MS Officer and MS Project.

  • Independently perform tasks management in the Atlassian suite, Azure DevOps or similar software.

  • Perform the tasks utilising Prince2 methodology

  • Perform the tasks utilising enterprise architecture methodology

LEVEL OF STUDIES:

Bachelor or Master Degree
