Senior Project Manager - Deadline 22/12/25

• Provide organisational support to the planning and implementing of project activities where ICT is involved;

• Independently manage IT projects over the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure;

• Conduct problem assessment and requirements gathering through business analysis to establish project deliverables to stakeholders;

• Manage the day-to-day operational project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, scope and ensure compliance of all project-related activities

• Evaluate deliveries from external contractors;

• Understand, assess and manage risks and issues related to the project;

• Design and conduct user acceptance testing;

• Draft presentations, provide statistics and periodical reports on the ongoing projects;

• Act as bridge between ICT service delivery and ICT application lifecycle management in order to obtain a greater efficiency in time to deliver;

• Support and implement quality control key performance indicators;

• Assist in evolutionary maintenance of existing IT Applications by temporarily acting as technical owner;

Additional requirements:

• The proposal is expected to describe how the profile performs independently and with quality to deliver the proposed tasks on enterprise applications

Special attention should be given to the following tasks:

• Project coordination and training procedures implementation, using a recognised methodology

• Project management of digital/ICT-related projects

• Project Management related to Advanced MS Office, MS Project and Atlassian usage experience

• Project Management related certification (PRINCE2, PM2, PMP)

The proposal must describe how the profile would deliver the following value added tasks ensuring adequate skills and experience for the required tasks, with regards to profile as defined in the FwC technical specifications:

• Independently perform tasks management in the Atlassian suite, Azure DevOps or similar software

• Perform the tasks utilising Prince2 project management methodology

• Perform the tasks utilising enterprise architecture methodology

• Manage outsourced IT developments, preferably in an international context

• Deliver projects involving technologies such as MS SharePoint, Drupal, MS Dynamics, .NET

applications.
