DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS:
The service provider will perform functional analysis, testing, documentation and training tasks in the context of development and operation works on our portfolio of IT systems under the responsibility of project managers and in liaise with business users.
She/he is committed to work with method and has thorough analytical skills. These tasks, carried out on existing IT systems, require strong coordination with the IT team of officials in place. The person will contribute to the evolution of their functional scope, thanks to her/his knowledge of state-of-the-art IT solutions and methods and her/his interest in their evolutions.
LEVEL OF EDUCATION:
Bachelor or Master Degree
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
The candidate has a proven experience in working on the functional side of IT projects in relation with business users, ideally in the legal domain, having already been involved in tasks such as support, functional tests, IT systems documentation or trainings. This implies the capacity to draft related documents or web pages in English - with French being an asset – and to create video tutorials. She/he is used to engage in a proactive way with the business users of IT systems during their entire lifecycle. She/he has a proven strong IT background implying a vision of what is feasible, combined with an ability to communicate efficiently with the development team to share user’s feedback and requirements. For this position the ability to communicate in a fluent and efficient way is essential.

Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks: IT tutorials.
